Who's missing from Lou's list?

The reason why Michael Brown was brought back into the FEMA tent should be obvious to anyone who has been paying attention to the news this evening. He is Plan E.

Plan A) Blame the locals for not leaving.

Plan B) Blame Louisana and New Orleans officials.

Plan C) Blame Democratic Congressman and Senators for voting for the creation of the Homeland security department.

Plan D) Blame the media.

Plan E) Blame Brown. He has been rehired to take one for the team and walk the plank while collecting a paycheck to do so.

No mention on that list of George Bush and his administrations chronic inability to take responsibility for anything. I guess that will be Plan I. The buck stops where?

Fortunately, they seem to have bit themselves in the butt by trying to blame the media so early on in the game. The media isn't falling for it. No one except for Lou it seems.
